Dear Villages at Saratoga Springs Homeowners,

We received a few reports that our most recent email may not have made its way to everyone’s inboxes yesterday. We apologize if you did not receive our message, and have included it below for reference. We appreciate everyone’s patience while we adjust our settings to be sure things are working properly.

We’ve been receiving questions about the transition to new management, and wanted to take the opportunity to reach out and give you all an update!
Please read the attached notice as it contains pertinent information about the new management company, your HOA account, and the management transition.

Here are the highlights:

  • Late fees will not be assessed to your account during our transition period.
  • Online payments have been deactivated while we’re making changes to the system.
    • There will be instructions sent to you in the coming weeks with new instructions for making online payments.
    • Paper checks can still be sent to PO Box 179, Lehi UT, 84043.
  • Account balances are not current at this time and will be corrected within the next week, pending ACS receiving the information.
  • Homeowner Meet & Greet is scheduled to take place December 14th at 7pm.
